Although I use "Shitf" + "Right click" and open in read only mode, the file is checked out and not just open in read only.Will be great to have this possibility because the only workarround is to free the file before closing it.

Sometimes sync'ing an entire Work Area will take quite some time depending on the amount of folders/files. It would be nice to be able to sync a given folder to not have to wait for the entire Work Area to sync.
