Possibility to change password for logical accounts.

When a user with logical account is logged in to a project in connected projects we would want them to be able to change their password.

    We strongly encourage to use IMS access to ProjectWise Web. Full functionality of ProjectWise cloud services is only available for IMS users. Logical user support is available only for compatibility reasons and will not be developed in the future.
