We have a placeholder ( a document with no file)

When we use replace file, we have no way to tell the system to either:

1) Keep the document name and rename the file

OR

2) Rename the document to match file name

In the latter, if the name of the document match the Document Code, (without file extension if the file extension is in the document name) the replace should not be possible as the document name derive from the document code should have priority.
