ProjectWise Web & Drive

Users continue to get errors when running Drive, possible 'potential' long file names, invalid characters etc or the 'Failed to connect to settings service'. A link to a summary web page of these errors may help us with supporting all of our staff. Users could look it up, read the summary etc vs emailing our Helpdesk constantly. What is the 'Failed to connect to settings service'? What does it impact, what stops working, do users need to be concerned about it?
