ProjectWise Web & Drive

I am a new user in PWD. I have a project that has been on PW Explorer already and all drawing files are scanned references. Then I moved on to PWD and opened it by desktop software specifically OpenRoads Designer connection edition 2022 release 1.1. All the paths of references are turned red. Any efficient explanation for me or guide me to address this issue? I think this is a significant important functionality for engineers or BIM guys need.
