2 portals for feedbacks ?????? "ProjectWise Web & Drive" and "ProjectWise 365 IDEAS PORTAL"

There are two portals,

which one is to be used ?????

Please note that the accessible user feedback from WEB is linked to ProjectWise Web & Drive, whereas the most recent posts seem to be in ProjectWise 365 IDEAS PORTAL.

This is confusing.

Thank you to combine those both portals and clarify the links.
