Change Get Link to create a link without the preference of how to open the document/folder. (remove &app=web / &app=pwe / &app=webview from the link)

This will streamline the sending of links to ProjectWise documents, and let the receiver decide how to open the document/folder, especially when we have users on the same project with different access needs.

If a specific method is preferred, then the creator of the link can use the advanced option.
